Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for HVAC, including programming and testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers and construction managers.
- Develop sequences of operation for HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems.
- Conduct site visits to inspect and test control systems.
- Maintain documentation for design, tests, and operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends in control systems and HVAC technology.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous facilities experience or knowledge of building infrastructure.
- Functional knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with HVAC control systems, including BAS and DDC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting electrical system issues.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and control systems programming languages.
