Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
- Create detailed mechanical designs and documentation.
- Perform tolerance analysis for mechanical components.
- Design and implement thermal management solutions.
- Run thermal and structural simulations using SOLIDWORKS.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers on mechanical-electrical interfaces.
- Engage with vendors for design manufacturability and cost optimization.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with E/M packaging layout and design.
- Proven experience with SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM.
- Experience in thermal management and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ANSI Y14.5 and GD&T standards.
- Experience with thermal and airflow testing.
