Responsibilities

  • Integrate and program robotic arms for lab automation.
  • Design motion sequences for production, focusing on collision avoidance and path planning.
  • Debug robotic failures, including calibration drift and software timing issues.
  • Evaluate and deploy new robotic solutions as needed.
  • Work across the engineering stack, from low-level motion control to high-level orchestration.
  • Optimize pick-and-place sequences on robotic platforms.
  • Champion engineering challenges and contribute to team growth.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-axis robotic arms, including programming and debugging.
  • Understanding of kinematics, motion planning, and coordinate transforms.
  • Programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar for motion control.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive approach.
  • Bonus points for experience with specific robotic arms and motion control techniques.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems and troubleshooting methods.
