Responsibilities
- Manage the design, procurement, installation, and ramp of an RV production line
- Provide manufacturing and operations technical guidance for team members
- Develop manufacturing processes, fixtures, and equipment from concept to production
- Collaborate with mechanical design engineers on DFM and DFA principles
- Manage the installation and commissioning of manufacturing lines
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure performance and quality
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Experience in fixture design and design validation
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and project management skills
- Experience with New Product Introduction and developing line layouts in AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing concepts and CAD programs
