Responsibilities
- Develop reliability test plans based on product requirements and industry standards.
- Execute reliability qualification testing for photonics-based products.
- Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for reliability risks.
- Perform root cause analysis of device failures and collaborate on solutions.
- Establish internal reliability guidelines to meet customer and industry standards.
- Utilize statistical analysis tools to model reliability performance.
- Prepare and present technical reports on reliability test results and risk assessments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering in the semiconductor or photonics industry.
- Understanding of reliability testing methodologies (e.g., HTOL, HAST).
- Hands-on experience with failure analysis tools (e.g., SEM, TEM).
- Knowledge of device physics and reliability mechanisms in ICs.
- Familiarity with reliability modeling tools and statistical analysis.
- Preferred experience in semiconductor or photonics device testing.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
