Responsibilities
- Develop reliability test plans based on product requirements and industry standards.
- Execute reliability qualification testing for photonics-based products.
- Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify reliability risks.
- Perform root cause analysis of device failures and collaborate on improvements.
- Establish internal reliability guidelines to meet customer and industry benchmarks.
- Utilize statistical analysis tools to model reliability performance.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports on reliability testing and assessments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering in the semiconductor or photonics industry.
- Understanding of device and package reliability testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with failure analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of device physics and reliability mechanisms in ICs.
- Good understanding of packaging failure mechanisms and risks.
- Familiarity with reliability modeling tools and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
