Responsibilities
- Lead foundry process technology development and manufacturing strategies for photonics-based AI platforms.
- Establish silicon fabrication process metrics and yield expectations.
- Provide manufacturing process solutions for integrated devices.
- Collaborate with foundry suppliers to meet manufacturing output specifications.
- Work with the Design-For-Manufacturing (DFM) team during the design process.
- Develop silicon technology and capability roadmap to support product requirements.
- Establish metrics to ensure reliable product operation over its lifetime.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering/Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of industry experience, with 5 years in silicon process experience.
- Experience in bringing products from first silicon to production.
- Strong knowledge of foundry collaboration.
- Experience with silicon foundry processes and wafer level packaging.
- Experience with photonic packaging is a plus.
- Experience in process improvements and leading cross-functional teams.
