Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality plans and activities.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Perform analyses of program requirements and prepare quality plans and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and implement root cause corrective actions.
- Lead product quality improvement teams and participate in Failure Review Boards.
- Evaluate and dispose of non-conforming material.
- Communicate with company personnel and customers regarding quality issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Competent technical expertise and application domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with ISO Standards and Six Sigma tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand military specifications and read blueprints.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.
