Responsibilities
- Assist with quality system development and support product quality improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and deploy quality plans that translate customer requirements.
- Perform analyses of program requirements and prepare quality plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Review and approve engineering/test documentation to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Conduct internal audits and implement root cause corrective actions.
- Evaluate and dispose of non-conforming material.
- Communicate with company personnel and customers regarding quality issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of ISO Standards, Six Sigma tools, lean, and statistics.
- Ability to understand military specifications and read blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in GD & T fundamentals.
- ASQ certification is a plus.
- Novice technical expertise and application domain knowledge.
