Responsibilities
- Assist with quality system development and support product quality improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and deploy quality plans that translate customer requirements.
- Perform analyses of program requirements and prepare quality plans and procedures.
- Review and approve engineering/test documentation to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in product quality improvement teams and review boards.
- Provide technical support for Assembly/Test/Inspection personnel and resolve customer quality issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of ISO Standards, Six Sigma tools, and statistics.
- Ability to understand military specifications and read blueprints.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Experience in GD & T fundamentals.
- Novice technical expertise and application domain knowledge.
- ASQ certification is a plus.
