Responsibilities
- Interpret electrical schematics and develop complex PCB designs.
- Design advanced multilayer PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro PCB Editor.
- Lead and attend design reviews.
- Collaborate with the SI/PI Analysis team for PCB analysis.
- Work with vendors to understand technology and ensure timely project completion.
- Document component and subsystem specifications and PCB design material requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and assistance to other engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of PCB design experience.
- Experience with SI/PI analysis using HyperLynx and/or Cadence.
- Preferred experience with Cadence Allegro and Mentor.
- Prior aerospace and defense industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Valor and CAM350 preferred.
- Knowledge of Empower or similar PLM release systems.
