Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of manufacturing equipment and perform complex experiments.
  • Provide technical support to engineers and scientists regarding components and processes.
  • Perform assembly tasks including testing, modifying, and repairing assemblies.
  • Execute tasks based on engineering documentation and specifications.
  • Involve in designing and testing prototype assemblies.
  • Follow safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient information flow.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year or two-year master's program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Status as a Junior or Senior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to support a 40-hour per week onsite schedule.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Experience with small delicate components and ESD practices.
  • Soldering and wire bonding experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Access, Excel, LabVIEW, and CAD.
