Responsibilities
- Operate various types of manufacturing equipment and perform complex experiments.
- Provide technical support to engineers and scientists regarding components and processes.
- Perform assembly tasks including testing, modifying, and repairing assemblies.
- Execute tasks based on engineering documentation and specifications.
- Involve in designing and testing prototype assemblies.
- Follow safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient information flow.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four-year or two-year master's program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Status as a Junior or Senior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to support a 40-hour per week onsite schedule.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Experience with small delicate components and ESD practices.
- Soldering and wire bonding experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Access, Excel, LabVIEW, and CAD.
