Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of manufacturing and process equipment.
  • Provide technical support to engineers and scientists.
  • Perform assembly tasks, including testing and modifying electronic and mechanical assemblies.
  • Execute tasks based on documentation and engineering specifications.
  • Participate in designing and testing prototype assemblies.
  • Follow safety procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Junior or Senior status with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to support a 15-20 hours per week onsite schedule.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Experience with delicate components and ESD practices.
  • Proficiency in computer applications like Access, Excel, LabVIEW, and CAD.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and MRP systems is a plus.
