Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in existing products or systems.
- Perform soldering, rework, repair, and modification on high complexity PCBs.
- Set up and perform testing on electronic assemblies in a development lab environment.
- Fabricate cable assemblies and testing mock-ups for use in a development lab.
- Assist in the design, build, and procurement of new machines and tools.
- Provide and develop documentation to maintain equipment.
- Support the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Enthusiasm for hands-on work and problem-solving.
- Experience with electronic lab equipment such as soldering stations and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to solder and rework small PCB SMT components.
- Comfortable working with ESD safe methods.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for providing feedback to engineers.
