Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of lab service engineers across multiple shifts.
- Oversee cleanroom operations projects, including lab infrastructure and tool installations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on various equipment.
- Plan and manage annual budgets for capital and operational expenditures.
- Drive safety improvements and uphold safety protocols.
- Collaborate with product development teams for lab space management.
- Author and validate procedures for lab tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
- 10+ years of experience in cleanroom operations or facilities management preferred.
- Understanding of semiconductor equipment installation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Motivated to lead teams and drive project success.
- Familiarity with chemical safety and facilities requirements.
