Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
- Design components using various materials including metals, ceramics, and advanced coatings.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for GD&T.
- Conduct detailed analyses such as structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics to specify designs.
- Develop and conduct feasibility studies and test plans for design validation.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate design intent and validation results.
- Collaborate with internal teams for procurement and assembly of components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience; or an advanced degree without previous professional experience.
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, and SolidWorks.
- Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and technical presentation skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Experience in project management and problem-solving.
- Graduate eligible role.
