Responsibilities
- Responsible for mechanical design, analysis, and performance evaluation of Mechatronics products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications and deliver solutions.
- Engage in rapid prototyping and hands-on work in the lab.
- Coordinate with suppliers to meet performance and cost objectives.
- Drive technical innovation and file invention disclosures.
- Develop test criteria and support high-volume manufacturing transitions.
- Conduct failure analysis and manage multiple projects to meet commitments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering; Master’s degree or 3 years of experience required for level 2.
- Strong design background and proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., CREO, NX).
- Proven analytical skills and experience with FEA applications.
- Hands-on testing experience and familiarity with machining and manufacturing methods.
- Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for Mechatronics, robotics, and automation preferred.
