Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering team.
- Ensure designs comply with company and SEMI standards, developing new best-known methods as necessary.
- Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, including offshore engineering teams.
- Manage resource planning and task tracking in alignment with departmental priorities.
- Support the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
- Work with suppliers and factories to ensure manufacturability and quality of solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk management through FMEA and validation execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and technical presentation skills.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO and Siemens NX.
- Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Project management experience with skills in managing priorities and problem-solving.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various engineering and program management teams.
