Responsibilities
- Grow and develop a team of R&D specialists passionate about technology development.
- Deliver highly differentiated future technologies to enhance product performance.
- Develop strategic supply chain relationships for critical components.
- Drive the strategic planning process for future technology investments.
- Collaborate with other Heads of Departments/Directors to ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with key strategic partners and suppliers.
- Oversee successful execution of R&D projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Researcher.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physics or a relevant research field with experience in plasma processing research.
- Proven track record of successful R&D projects.
- Strong vision for technology development and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially at the Senior Management level.
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and develop strategies and plans.
