Responsibilities
- Grow and develop a team of R&D specialists.
- Deliver future differentiated technologies to enhance product performance.
- Develop strategic supply chain relationships for critical components.

- Build strong relationships with key strategic partners and suppliers.
- Lead and manage R&D projects effectively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a researcher.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physics or a relevant research field.
- Proven track record of successful R&D projects.
- Strong vision for technology development and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and develop strategies.
