Responsibilities
- Direct and implement research initiatives for semiconductor plasma processing technologies.
- Grow and develop a team of R&D specialists.
- Deliver differentiated technologies to drive product performance.
- Develop strategic supply chain relationships for critical components.

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective communication across the organization.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Researcher.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physics or a relevant field.
- Proven track record of successful R&D projects.
- Strong vision for technology development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
