Responsibilities
- Grow and develop a team of R&D specialists passionate about technology development.
- Deliver future, highly differentiated technologies for improved product performance.
- Develop strategic supply chain relationships for critical components.
- Drive strategic planning processes for future technology investments.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with key strategic partners and suppliers.
- Oversee the execution of R&D projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a researcher.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physics or a relevant research field, with experience in plasma processing research.
- Proven track record of successful R&D projects.
- Strong vision for technology development and ability to manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly at the senior management level.
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and develop strategies and plans.
