Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and track the capital budget.
- Solicit bids and review proposals for new projects.
- Monitor construction projects for compliance with specifications.
- Determine technical specifications for new equipment and solicit proposals.
- Facilitate plant and equipment improvements.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's or Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong mechanical and electrical abilities.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and tribal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and related documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
