Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor associate engineers to achieve technical excellence.
- Develop compliance plans for in-house designs and modifications.
- Collaborate with digital technology teams for diagnostics and monitoring strategies.
- Analyze component failures to improve airworthiness and reduce costs.
- Organize engineering projects, preparing timelines and resource estimates.
- Maintain liaison with departments and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Create and review technical documentation for aircraft systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering with 6 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, avionics, and powerplant systems.
- Experience in project execution and teamwork.
- Reliability analysis skills to identify root causes of problems.
- Understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
