Responsibilities
- Manage development efforts for server, storage, networking, AI/ML, and liquid cooling rack solutions.
- Organize teams to drive solutions for complex technical problems across various expertise areas.
- Ensure execution discipline and engineering rigor in program deliverables.
- Influence stakeholders to support timely program delivery within budget.
- Provide thought leadership and engineering support to manufacturing sites.
- Lead resolution of product, process, and material issues using analytical methods.
- Establish measurable goals to evaluate individual and team performance.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering; MS preferred.
- 10+ years in hardware product development for enterprise server, storage, or networking.
- 4+ years managing engineering/development teams.
- Experience with remote, multi-national teams.
- Strong technical program management skills.
- Deep understanding of server, storage, networking, and data center rack solutions.
- Experience in process development and improvement.
