Responsibilities
- Develop strategic initiatives for Imaging and Vision aligned with business goals.
- Lead engineering teams to conceptualize and produce advanced imaging products.
- Ensure successful product design transitions to manufacturing.
- Drive continuous innovation and manage product updates for performance and reliability.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and develop leadership within the team.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and service teams to solve challenges and maintain quality.
- Communicate effectively across departments and with senior executives.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of design engineering experience in camera or imaging product development.
- 10+ years of managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in medical device design, particularly tissue visualization.
- Strong technical skills in optics, algorithms, mechanical design, and electronics.
- Proven track record in complex product development and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in standard tools.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant engineering disciplines.
