Responsibilities
- Develop strategic initiatives for Imaging and Vision aligned with business goals.
- Lead engineering teams to conceptualize and produce advanced imaging products.
- Own project planning, execution, and completion while managing challenges.
- Ensure rigorous design documentation and compliance with quality expectations.
- Drive continuous innovation and protect intellectual property throughout product development.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and develop technical and managerial talent.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and field service to ensure quality and seamless design transfer.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of design engineering experience in camera or imaging product development.
- 10+ years managing technical personnel, with preference for experience leading large teams.
- Experience in medical device design, particularly in tissue visualization.
- Strong technical skills in optics, algorithms, mechanical design, and imaging.
- Proven track record in complex product development and project management.
- Understanding of moderate volume manufacturing processes.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
