Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Singleport engineering team for robotic medical devices.
- Develop strategic plans for international product portfolio expansion.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from prototype development to end-of-life processes.
- Drive adjacent procedure expansion leveraging clinical strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial readiness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
Job Requirements
- MS degree in an engineering discipline; PhD desirable.
- 15+ years of experience in design engineering.
- 8+ years managing technical personnel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Medical Device design and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with robotics and related technologies desired.
- Proven track record in product development and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
