Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Singleport engineering team for robotic medical device development.
- Develop strategic plans for international product portfolio expansion.
- Maintain technical responsibility through the full product lifecycle.
- Drive adjacent procedure expansion leveraging clinical strategies.
- Ensure commercial readiness through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and professional events.
Job Requirements
- MS degree in an engineering discipline; PhD desirable.
- 15+ years of experience in design engineering.
- 8+ years managing technical personnel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Medical Device design and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with robotics, tissue stapling, vessel sealing, and small mechanisms.
- Proven experience in product development and project management.
- Strong technical analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
