Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers for robotic systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams; 5+ years in mechanical product design.
- Expertise in mechanical design, materials selection, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in regulated environments, particularly in medical devices or robotics.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
