Responsibilities
- Conduct work measurement studies on manual, semi-automated, and automated processes.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste from production processes.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS stakeholders to propose solutions.
- Participate in projects involving process improvements and new product introductions.
- Create automated dashboards and data pipelines using Excel/Tableau/SQL.
- Develop layout alternatives for production lines using AutoCAD.
- Support data-driven decision-making across manufacturing and engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of flowcharting software.
- Quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Enrollment in an Industrial Engineering or related degree program.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing concepts preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SQL, and Tableau is a plus.
