Responsibilities
- Provide product-level design-in/win support to customers and internal teams.
- Support Product Management with content for marketing communications.
- Define and provide customer evaluation demo boards/kit.
- Provide 3rd level support to Field Application Engineers.
- Act as Technical Customer Interface to R&D and customers.
- Provide technical product training to internal/external partners.
- Collect customer feedback on product performance and relay it to the organization.
Job Requirements
- Significant application/product/customer knowledge in power converter design and motor drive.
- Strong social skills for customer interaction and problem-solving.
- Advanced engineering, math, and science capabilities.
- Ability to balance marketing and technical tasks (20% marketing / 80% technical).
- Experience in semiconductor solutions related to power systems and IoT.
- Familiarity with energy-efficient and digital solutions.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and training purposes.
