Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers on new server hardware and firmware development.
- Drive technical issues to closure with internal and field engineers.
- Support manufacturing and customer service teams internally.
- Design, build, and test evaluation units for next-generation server products.
- Balance design choices across various project requirements.
- Qualify new hardware and firmware technologies at component and platform levels.
- Execute and analyze power and performance benchmark tests on new hardware.
Job Requirements
- BS in ME, MS, CS, CE preferred or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of server component architecture and design.
- Working knowledge of power-related components and control interfaces.
- Ability to troubleshoot x86-based systems and diagnose issues.
- Proficiency with various operating systems, with Python and Linux experience as a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and capability to work in a fast-moving environment.
