Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and resolving chassis system-related issues
- Support investigations of customer complaints, warranty claims, and plant issues
- Collect and analyze data through on-site and field testing
- Participate in benchmarking studies of competitor vehicles
- Research market trends and customer feedback
- Help implement new tools and methods for data acquisition and analysis
- Support and present technical reports to engineering teams
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in aerospace, automotive, electrical, or mechanical engineering
- Basic understanding of chassis systems and vehicle components
- Knowledge of chassis fundamentals (e.g., NVH, brake systems, fuel systems)
- Root cause analysis skills
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with data acquisition and analysis tools
- Interest in vehicle testing, diagnostics, and quality improvement
