Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team's design and validation work.
- Oversee electrical design throughout the product design cycle, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to successfully bring products to market.
- Grow the electrical engineering team and enhance internal capabilities.
- Coach team members for performance improvement and career development.
- Present project status to cross-functional leaders and the executive team.
- Identify emerging technologies to enhance user experiences and product features.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-volume consumer electronics product shipping.
- 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience in designing space-constrained and power-constrained products.
- Proficiency with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, MIPI, and DSI.
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture and circuit board layout design tools.
- Experience working with overseas contract manufacturers and design teams.
