Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for production line performance improvement.
- Lead projects related to process improvements and new product introductions.
- Provide technical support during production runs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation and process control plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
- 2+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including automation and robotics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
