Responsibilities
- Review engineering drawings and inspect hardware for First Article Inspections (FAIR).
- Review certifications for incoming material for FAIR submission.
- Populate and submit FAIR paperwork.
- Input inspection data into FAIR submissions.
- Review Process Map, PFMEA, Control Plan, Measurement Systems Analysis, and Process Capability Studies for FAIR.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM disciplines.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Product knowledge in valves, pumps, actuators, and environmental control systems.
- Ability to read engineering mechanical drawings.
- Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills including oral, written, and presentation.
- Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/MSA and other APQP elements.
