Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for production line performance.
- Lead projects related to process improvements and new product introductions.
- Provide technical support during production runs and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies (automation, robotics, additive manufacturing).
- Experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or related field is valued.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
