Responsibilities
- Serve as the Person in Charge of Work (PICW) for all electrical work within High Voltage components.
- Ensure safety protocols are meticulously followed.
- Design, test, and implement high voltage test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arrester assembly and test equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on product development and equipment design.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
- Support automation equipment design, including PLC logic controls and structured text.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage test equipment and electrical safety protocols.
- Experience with PLC logic controls and automation equipment design.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
