Responsibilities
- Provide design feedback for manufacturability and assembly of flight structures.
- Establish build roadmaps for assemblies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Develop and release build documentation for high-quality execution.
- Support development builds and validate tooling and processes.
- Lead assessments and collaborate on cost and performance outcomes.
- Provide hands-on support during assembly and testing activities.
- Champion continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace structural assembly or integration.
- Understanding of aerospace assembly and structural integration principles.
- Proficient in CAD and first-principles engineering analysis.
- Strong communication skills across various functions.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with structural assembly techniques and operations.
