Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain

The Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Helion is responsible for leading the execution of building, scaling, and delivering fusion generators, establishing a robust supply chain, and creating a world-class manufacturing organization.

• Build the organization for deploying and operating Helion fusion power plants globally.
• Lead strategy and execution of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Drive operational scale-up of capacitor manufacturing and semiconductor sourcing.
• Establish and grow teams across production engineering, supplier quality, and internal machining.
• Develop scalable supply chain strategies including material planning and procurement.
• Oversee material management, inventory control, logistics, and traceability.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external suppliers and logistics providers.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations in complex hardware environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling production and supply chain systems.
• Experience in establishing new factories or large-scale production lines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing in regulated environments and quality systems.
• Ability to resolve complex manufacturing or supply chain issues.
• Experience overseeing large, distributed workforces across multiple sites.
