Responsibilities
- Grow and mentor a team of multidisciplinary thermo-mechanical engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of thermal management strategies.
- Drive high-level architectural decisions on thermal processes and plant design schemes.
- Lead validation of thermal models through testing and data correlation.
- Drive integration of thermal subsystems within various environments.
- Establish technical standards and shape design processes.
- Manage complex engineering projects with accountability for schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of thermal/mechanical engineering experience, with 2+ years in management.
- Proven ability to hire and grow engineers.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with project ownership.
- Hands-on exposure to multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability to apply engineering first-principles to challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
