Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate analog and digital electronic circuits.
- Drive the development of in-house data acquisition systems.
- Perform qualification and testing plans on new or modified designs.
- Support senior engineers in legacy design updates and documentation.
- Fix hardware issues on integrated fusion generators.
- Learn from historical engineering approaches and test solutions.
- Apply engineering principles to challenging problems.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Experience with board layout and circuit simulation tools (e.g. KiCAD, LT Spice, Altium).
- Experience designing analog and digital circuits.
- Ability to work full-time onsite for a minimum of 12 weeks during summer 2026.
- Ability to safely work with higher voltages (1-10 KVDC).
- Familiarity with electric and magnetic fields.
