Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of business-critical, cross-functional engineering programs.
- Manage releases across all Engineering domains including AI, firmware, cloud, and hardware.
- Establish scalable systems and processes to manage the full product lifecycle.
- Design and implement scalable planning processes for the engineering organization.
- Align program execution with business priorities and drive accountability across teams.
- Drive cross-functional planning to ensure alignment of product roadmaps and execution.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and organizational transparency through effective reporting.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in an engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management.
- Experience leading the development and launch of at least 3 new products into production.
- Strong technical background in hardware, device software, and cloud development.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams for product delivery.
- Deep knowledge of tools for managing complex product development.
- Experience delivering technologies to government agencies is a plus.
