Responsibilities
- Analyze customer drawings and current production state for Tube Bending DFM, Production, and Inspection Lines.
- Contribute to factories as a service efforts.
- Deliver cost, schedule, and solutions in partnership with customers and the Federal team.
- Own capital expenditure planning, vendor selection, and costing.
- Serve as the Lead Engineer for Tube Bending projects.
- Review drawings for manufacturability and advise on best practices.
- Assist in building new factories and contribute to manufacturing processes for new products.
Job Requirements
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Tube Bending production and inspection.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to DOD and prime facilities.
- Experience in analyzing DFM and designing production and inspection lines for Tube Bending.
- Prior experience in establishing new Tube Bending lines in Aerospace, Automotive, or similar domains.
- Capability to make risk-adjusted decisions swiftly.
- Software or automation experience is helpful but not required.
- Working knowledge of Tube Bending technology and capital expenditure.
