Responsibilities
- Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis to understand and resolve complex problems.
- Identify areas for systematic improvements within the factory.
- Lead the redesign and introduction of new processes and assets.
- Develop and implement production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
- Execute projects effectively in a manufacturing setting.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
- Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical proficiency in solving operations problems.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with software approaches (SQL, VBA, Python, etc.) is a plus.
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain required authorizations due to ITAR regulations.
