The Manufacturing Engineer role involves interpreting customer designs, providing DFM feedback, and collaborating with sales and operations to create manufacturable solutions within Hadrian's autonomous factories.
Responsibilities
- Perform DFM analyses to ensure compatibility with manufacturing processes.
- Generate costing models and develop customer-facing proposals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on software and manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze industry data to inform automation technology decisions.
- Monitor factory performance to optimize software and quality standards.
- Evaluate designs using knowledge of materials and manufacturing terminology.
- Implement production processes and systems in high-growth environments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field, or 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with CAD tools for manufacturable solutions.
- Knowledge of production processes in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred experience with basic software programming (SQL, MATLAB, Python).
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools like CNC machines.
