Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of facility buildouts, including electrical, mechanical, and structural scopes.
- Provide engineering design and oversight for critical utilities such as HVAC and compressed air systems.
- Maintain and update factory layouts to align with production requirements.
- Develop scopes of work and manage contractors and vendors.
- Track performance against project timelines and budgets.
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and safety teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety codes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental, or Safety Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in facilities engineering, especially with large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 79, and relevant building and safety codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel, and project management tools.
- Experience in contractor management, cost estimation, and budgeting for capital projects.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and facility performance optimization.
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
