Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical and controls design for automated manufacturing systems.
- Develop and maintain PLC applications using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 or Siemens TIA Portal.
- Integrate and commission industrial robots and sensors using various industrial protocols.
- Design and debug control panels according to industrial standards.
- Create HMI interfaces for manufacturing systems.
- Conduct onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in PLC programming and motion control, particularly with TwinCAT 3 or TIA Portal.
- Proficiency in robotic systems integration with major platforms.
- Experience designing and commissioning electrical systems to safety standards.
- Strong skills in sensor integration and risk assessment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
- Experience with high-level programming languages such as C# or Python.
- Familiarity with machine vision systems and secure industrial networking.
