Responsibilities
- Establish and document requirements for new designs.
- Conceptualize designs and present in design reviews.
- Design parts and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Perform mechanical analyses and document results.
- Compile Bills of Materials and support sourcing hardware.
- Create Design Validation Plans and support testing execution.
- Integrate subsystems into full systems and support production builds.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 3+ years of CAD software experience, preferably SolidWorks.
- Experience with producing 2D part drawings & GD&T.
- Familiarity with static structural FEA (ANSYS preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mentality.
- Ability to collaborate closely with coworkers and accept feedback.
