Responsibilities
- Establish and document requirements.
- Conceptualize designs and product architectures.
- Design parts and assemblies utilizing SolidWorks.
- Perform mechanical analyses (FEA, CFD, etc.).
- Compile complete Bills of Materials.
- Create Design Validation Plans and Reports (DVP&R).
- Integrate sub-systems into full systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Hands-on experience assembling mechanical systems.
- 3+ years of CAD software experience (SolidWorks preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with producing 2D part drawings & GD&T.
- Experience with static structural FEA (ANSYS preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail and a results-oriented mentality.
