Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution across firmware and hardware development.
- Define project scope, milestones, resources, and success criteria for initiatives.
- Partner with engineering leads to manage risks and unblock dependencies.
- Build and maintain tools, processes, and dashboards for program visibility.
- Communicate schedules, priorities, and status updates to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
- Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with hardware development lifecycles and phase gates.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Master’s degree in a related technical field is a bonus.
- Experience in product development for IoT or embedded systems is preferred.
