Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
- Recommend materials based on application criteria.
- Generate and approve design proposals.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with drafting standards.
- Define testing methods to assure product quality.
- Analyze returned products for failure modes and improvement opportunities.
- Generate work instructions related to department functionality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Up to three years of experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software; knowledge of FEA systems preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Effective communication skills with customers.
- Experience in Polymer, Plastics, or Elastomer design/manufacturing preferred.
- U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance.
