Senior Mechanical Engineer

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will develop innovative mechanical design solutions for consumer electronics products, including cameras and related accessories, while managing designs through to production.

• Drive and support the mechanical architecture, development, and analysis for new products.
• Oversee the design, analysis, documentation, and functional validation of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Conduct mechanical engineering evaluations and tests to validate product performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for successful product development and launch.
• Contribute to mechanical tooling and production part qualification efforts.

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in developing consumer electronics products, especially handheld and wireless devices.
• Proficient in CAD tools like NX or SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with FEA tools such as ANSYS.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning, tolerancing, and statistical tolerance analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex mechanical development tasks.
