Responsibilities
- Execute scope for end-to-end cross-functional product development of new products and programs.
- Manage products through the end-to-end product life-cycle process, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product requirements documents.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream partner teams for successful product insertions and innovative designs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Technical acumen in electrical, mechanical, or civil/structural disciplines.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
